In 1999, after 20 years of serving as Technology Consultant's and IT Manager's for various local government agencies, and private corporations, we founded 4C Computer Consulting Corp. We saw the need for a "hands on" company that understands the needs of IT departments, from strategic planning to operations, and everything in between.
